We’re here if something’s stuck.
LLEPS is a word game from Three Two One Global Ltd. For a missing purchase, a Daily that looks wrong, or anything else, email us and include your device and iOS version if you can.
How do I play?
A word appears for you to memorise. Then you type it backwards before the clock runs out. A correct answer scores from the length of the word and the time you have left. A wrong answer or a timeout scores nothing for that word.
How does the Daily Challenge work?
Everyone receives the same word. You get one attempt. There are no hearts and power-ups are not used. Finish the attempt — correct, incorrect or timed out — to keep your streak and earn that day’s power-up. Leaving the attempt unfinished does not.
When does the day reset?
At midnight UTC. That is the same moment for every player, wherever you are. Optional reminders can tell you the reset in your local time.
What are Easy, Medium and Hard?
Practice modes. Easy uses 3–4 letter words, Medium 5–7 (and is marked Recommended), and Hard 8–10. Each run is seven words with three hearts. You can play Practice again whenever you like. It does not change your Daily streak.
How do hearts work?
Practice starts with three hearts. A wrong answer or a timeout costs one. The Daily Challenge does not use hearts.
How do power-ups work?
Extra Memorisation adds 3 seconds to look at the current word. Slow Timer adds 5 seconds to answer it. Second Chance lets you retry a failed word without losing that chance. New players receive three of each. They are for Practice.
How can I earn more power-ups?
Finish a Daily Challenge and you receive one power-up, rotating with the day. A 7-day streak awards one of each, and a 30-day streak awards two of each, once per streak. The Power Word is one extra word a day: get it right and you earn a power-up of your choice. It does not affect your streak. You can also watch optional ads — two completed ads earn one power-up of your choice, up to three rewards created each UTC day. Or buy packs of 10 from the Power-Ups tab. Payment is handled by Apple.
How does Remove Ads work?
Remove Ads is a one-time purchase, meant to last for good — not a subscription. It removes interstitial ads between completed Practice games. Optional rewarded videos stay available, so you can still choose to watch one for a power-up. It does not remove ads from the Daily Challenge, because the Daily Challenge does not show them.
How do I restore purchases?
In the app, open Settings and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with. Apple and RevenueCat confirm what you own. If something is missing, restore again before writing to us.
Do I need an account?
No. Progress, statistics and settings stay on your device. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID. Deleting the app can remove the progress stored on that device.
What about Yesterday’s Word?
You can replay the previous day’s Daily word. It is unranked, it does not affect your streak, and it is not recorded as another Daily attempt.
How do reminders work?
Notifications are optional. LLEPS can send up to two reminders a day, and it stops once you have played today’s word. Quiet hours pause reminders except a time you choose. You can turn them off in iOS Settings.
